Ports

The municipality has two cargo ports. Thanks to its excellent location, it is a strategic place for the redistribution of cargo to the Caribbean, the United States, Central and South America, where it is also possible to interconnect maritime and air cargo. Here more than 60% of the maritime cargo of the Dominican market is handled.
